We have seen the future opportunities for the natural healthy products in the market is tremendously increasing and the production of fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices is limited due to the various reasons. Seasonal cultivation, seasonal harvest, unplanned cultivation systems, geographically limitations, limited capacity of buyers and perish ability of production are some of the main issues in the sector. The dehydration is the only solution for those issues in order to keep the supply chain stable for the above sector.

How its Work

Supplier evaluation

All the suppliers have evaluated according to the Internal Control System of the company. Training, awareness, monitoring, dedicating, supporting are always conducting for the farmers encouragement.

Raw material purchasing

The company purchase only the required quantity of raw material as per specifications of the customers only from registered organic suppliers.

Raw materials receiving & processing

All the raw materials received in the factory are inspected according to the Food safety process to ensure that what is accepted is suitable for the production and safe.

Delivery

Every product shipped through the company shall be properly documented and the company shall adhere with the customs and government regulations. The final product ready for delivery is received at the dispatch stuffing area and final products delivery for local or international markets. The whole process of the production supervision under the food safety crew.

The company is qualified with GMP, HACCP and ISO22000 certifications for food manufacturing and processing while the farms and the processing facility have qualified for EU and NOP international organic certifications.
